In late 2015 the leading education agencies agreed to work together to support learners, parents and whānau, educators and education administrators to maximise the benefits of digital technologies for learning.
The agencies signed up to an Education System Digital Strategy - Transforming education for the digital age - committing to achieving the vision of a highly connected, interdependent education system. This system will equip students with skills for the future, foster identity, language and cultureculture, and prepare them to become successful citizens of the 21 st Century.
